BOOK ONE ✦ THE BEGINNING
THE BRAVESCOMET RISING
Some stories begin with a choice that changes everything.
An extraordinary school. A mystery that won't stay buried.
THE STORY
One choice.
A whole new world.
Dare Morontolu wasn't looking for trouble. He was simply trying to help a younger boy who'd picked the wrong people to cross.
Then something impossible happened.
A strange light appeared in his hand, and before Dare could begin to understand what had happened, he was offered a full scholarship to a school he'd never heard of.
The Braves Institute is unlike anywhere he's ever been. Hidden away near Lagos, it's a place where extraordinary abilities, advanced technology and learning to walk in God's power are all part of life.
But Dare hasn't been there long before things begin to go wrong.
When an unexplained attack raises troubling questions, Dare and his new friends begin to suspect that someone inside the Institute knows more than they're letting on.
And as they start asking questions, they may be getting closer to a truth someone is prepared to do anything to keep hidden.
THE WORLD OF THE BRAVES
What if there was a school where the impossible became your everyday?
Imagine flying over the Atlantic, passing through a shimmering barrier and discovering an entire island that the rest of the world doesn't even know exists.
Welcome to The Braves Institute.
A place of soaring towers, incredible technology and extraordinary possibilities. Where your next class might involve navigating a maze that changes as you move, facing mechanical opponents in the training arena, or discovering abilities you never knew you had.
And then there's the part no ordinary school could prepare you for.
Here, you don't just learn about God. You learn to know Him for yourself. To recognise His voice, grow in faith and discover what it means to walk in His power. Where worship can fill a hall with the tangible presence of God, and courage means more than being the strongest person in the room.
You'll make friends who become your team, face challenges that push you beyond what you thought possible, and discover that there's far more to you than you ever imagined.
Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime?
